I’m Louise, a Virtual Assistant and administrative support professional working behind the scenes with business women who need their working day to run smoothly — including shop owners, online business owners, and those offering holistic therapy and professional wellbeing and wellness services.

My background is in university and nuclear-sector secretariat and administrative roles, environments where accuracy, confidentiality, and reliability are essential. I’m used to handling sensitive information, detailed workflows, and complex admin with care, and I bring that same steady approach into everything I do now.

I work with women who are building, running, or growing businesses that matter to them. Often this means holding a lot at once — clients, systems, ideas, stock, schedules — and needing things to be organised and supported without added pressure.

Where appropriate, I combine practical support with a light-touch coaching approach. I offer space for clarity and reflection when it’s helpful, without bringing my own ideas, opinions, or judgement into the work. My role is to support your way of working, not to steer it.

Maybe you’re building something new.
Maybe you’re turning years of experience into a shop, service, or online business of your own.
Or maybe you already have a business that deserves more care and structure behind the scenes.

Whatever stage you’re at, how your work is supported day to day makes a real difference.

You don’t need to sound polished or corporate. You need systems that let you work in a way that feels steady, clear, and true to you. When the admin is taken care of thoughtfully, your work has room to breathe.

My Approach

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

Dream it

Don’t worry about sounding professional. Sound like you. There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but your story is what’s going to separate this one from the rest.

Build it

Be clear, be confident and don’t overthink it. The beauty of your story is that it’s going to continue to evolve and your site can evolve with it. Your goal should be to make it feel right for right now. Later will take care of itself. It always does.
